About
The NextGen Innovators Experience was created for teens ages 15 to 17 who are full of potential, creativity, and ideas—but who often lack the tools, confidence, and guidance to express them fully.
Through hands-on challenges, team-building adventures, real-world problem-solving, and activities intentionally designed for their age group, Urban Pioneers learn to step out of their comfort zone and discover their abilities. They gain communication skills, empathy, leadership foundations, independence, and the confidence to express themselves freely and fearlessly.
This experience also introduces them to a wide range of innovative and future-focused careers, giving them exposure and inspiration to make more informed, conscious decisions about their future.
By the end of the program, every Urban Pioneer goes home with:
- a stronger sense of identity
- new friendships and meaningful connections
- improved communication and social skills
- greater independence and resilience
- English practiced in real-life situations
- a toolkit of life skills they can use anytime, anywhere.
The NextGen Innovators Experience is more than a summer program—it’s a transformative moment in a teen’s life. A chance to grow, explore, and prepare for the future while having an unforgettable summer in Vancouver.
