If you wonder what The Urban Camp is, let me explain it.

We are not a traditional school. We are a very cool startup that teaches you engaging and innovative topics and projects. We believe the world has changed, and the way you learn should match real-life demands. We are based in Vancouver, in the province of British Columbia. Whether you study with us in Canada or prefer to take online courses and camps, we will provide you with 21st-century learning environments.

Alright, cool, but what kind of programs do we teach?
It depends on your age but let me give you an example:

We teach technology stuff such as:

  • Programming. Imagine creating your website or App. Now imagine getting extra money to fulfill your dreams by developing a website for your friends and family!
  • Virtual Reality! How cool would it be to create your own video game using virtual reality technology? Game on!
  • Cybersecurity. We know your parents teach you how to stay safe, not talk to strangers, but do they talk about the dangers of the internet? Do you know how to recognize the “bad guys” and how to prevent “hackers” or “attackers” from stealing everything you have on your computer or smartphone? You will be able to play on an App while learning how to create intelligent passwords! How cool is that?
  • Video Producing, Filming and Editing. We know you sometimes think about becoming a content creator, so we help you out by giving you the best tips, tricks and tools to create your content.
  • NFTs. – Whaaat? We know this “word” is something entirely new, but we will explain why everybody talks about this trending topic. If you take our Digital Art workshop, you will be able to learn how to create your art. Are you the next millionaire?
  • Electronics and 3D Printing. How about creating a LED clock and learning how to 3D print your designs? Whether this is just for fun or learning and understanding how the world of Electronics and 3D Printing work, you will have a blast. All our programs are fun, hands-on and taught by professionals. And who knows, maybe this will be your career in years to come.

Suppose you incline more towards solving problems and inventing something (aka, you have an entrepreneurial mindset). In that case, we can teach you how to launch a Startup for only $20. Oh yes! You don’t have to be old(er) or have a lot of money to innovate, develop and launch a product or a service. We know you have that superpower, and we will provide you with the tools and knowledge to make this big idea happen. What do you think?

So yeah, this is us, The Urban Camp. We are here to inspire, motivate, and support you. Join us!

We are very grateful for the magnificent workshop we attended where we had an introduction on what Digital Marketing is. We learned a lot, it was a great experience. We are very excited and eager to continue learning. The team has very positive energy.

Our kids accomplished something big!

(Parent in Colombia)

My daughter and her team faced something bigger than they are. They were scared at the beginning but they transformed this fear into a challenge. As a team and individually. They all played an important role as a team. Sara was an excellent leader, Valen was always helping my Gaby; who with her tiny magical eyes expressed how determined she was. She didn’t want to feel defeated. It was exciting to see not only the fact that this camp and the projects are very innovative but were also rewarded. The Urban Camp knows how to leave an impact on the child community.

(Parent in Colombia)

We are still very excited, emotional and happy for everything our children learned. Thank you to the team at The Urban Camp for your support and your passion to teach and mentor.
